A couple of children and three women were among the 11 killed in the military confrontation which broke out near a vegetable market in Khaldiya where heavy weaponry were used, a Russian military source revealed, as cited by Middle East Monitor.

Even though Russia and Iran support the Syrian regime, tensions are on rise in the government-controlled areas over administrative issues.
