A Session Court of Lahore sent 11 Chinese nationals accused of women trafficking to jail on 14-days judicial remand.

The accused were arrested for doing marriages with Pakistani women, blackmailing them, forcing girls to involve in immoral deeds and trafficking them to China.

After two days of physical remand, the accused were brought before the court by the Federal Investigation Agency. The hearing was conducted by Judicial Magistrate Amir Raza.

As the hearing proceeded, the investigation officer presented his report with all suspects in attendance before the court.

“These Chinese nationals, at first, did marriage with Pakistani girls and later their group forced those girls to do immoral acts. Seven more of their arrested group members will be made part of the investigation”, FIA’s Investigation officer said.

The court then sent all accused to jail on judicial remand, ordering them to appear before the court on May 27.

It may be pertinent to mention that FIA, on May 08, had arrested 13 suspects including 11 Chinese in the same offense.
