The federal cabinet on Tuesday gave its sub-committee the mandate to decide the process of removing ailing former prime minister Nawaz Sharif’s name from the Exit Control List (ECL), an official said.
The final decision on the matter will be taken after the sub-committee formulates a position on the issue, Prime Minister Imran Khan’s spokesperson Nadeem Afzal Chan told DawnNewsTV.
