The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine processed the decision of the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv on providing access to investigators of the State Bureau of Investigation to the Strategic Plan for the Use of Armed Forces of Ukraine. The press service of Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense reports it.
“The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has developed a resolution of the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv on providing access to the Strategic Plan for the Use of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” reads the massage.
“The officials were admitted to the Plan, provided explanations and separate information to the employees of the State Bureau of Investigation, which were determined by the decision of the Pechersk court and having the corresponding form of admission to state secret and obligations to preserve it to the state,” the Ministry of Defense states.
As we reported earlier, the State Bureau of Investigation is studying actions of the Ukrainian ex-authorities concerning deliberate sending the sailors to the Kerch Strait in November 2018.
