Primatologist and ethologist Jane Goodall has died at age 91

The work carried out in Tanzania by the British researcher revolutionized the way we look at chimpanzees, and consequently, at humans. A pioneer of modern ethology, she became an ambassador for the protection of wildlife. She died on October 1 in Los Angeles at the age of 91.
