UK authorities on ‘high alert’ after Manchester synagogue terror attack

The UK was on “high alert”, with increased “police resources” deployed across the country, British Interior Minister Shabana Mahmood said Friday, a day after a deadly terrorist attack outside a Manchester synagogue. Two people were killed in the attack, as police said one of them may have been accidentally shot by a police officer.
