Mom of girl who fell overboard on Disney cruise won’t be charged with child neglect

Prosecutors in Florida have decided not to charge a 5-year-old’s mother after the girl fell overboard on a Disney cruise earlier this year. The girl’s father jumped into the ocean after her and crew members managed to rescue both of them. CBS News’ Cristian Benavides has the details.
