Kandahar (BNA) Eleven Taliban terrorists were killed in a conflict by security forces in Kandahar province last night.
The Taliban were suppressed in Maiwand District while wanted to transfer mines to their partners.
ANA top commander in Atal army corps in south of the country told BNA, in the clash, eleven Taliban including their two local commanders of this group were killed.
In the end of the clash, several heavy and light weapons such mines were seized by Afghan security forces.
It is said that no harm and casualties incurred to civilians and security forces.
Another report says, police of Kandahar with discovering of ten mines prevented from a series of blasts.
No one has been detained in the connection of the failed mine planting.
